A green student parking permit sticker will cost $80 and a green hang tag will cost $100. Both will be valid for one year. The permit is valid Sept. 1 though Aug. 31 of the following year. We will offer 1,000 blue permits to non-residential students at a yearly cost of $120. Faculty and staff receive their first permit for free; each additional permit is $15. Permits for residents of Sebastian Commons are $120. Motorcycle permits cost $25 per year.

Yes, two vehicles can be registered to one person with a green hang tag. If you drive any other vehicle to campus, you will need to obtain a free temporary parking permit from the Parking Program Office in the 51st Annex. Temporary permits are valid for up to two weeks.
Full- and part-time employees are required to get a blue permit. The first permit is free, and each additional permit is $15. Students who are on federal or institutional work-study will be required to purchase their choice of a green or blue permit.
Complete the Parking Appeal Form and submit it to the Parking Program Office within five (5) days of receiving the citation.
A map of the campus and all parking lots is available on the University Police webpage, and a copy of the map will be distributed with the parking rules and regulations at the time of registration.

Sticker-style parking permits are to be completely affixed to the inside lower portion of the right front windshield (passenger side) in plain view, with the permit number visible, and by its own adhesive.

All vehicles being utilized by a handicapped student, employee, or visitor, and that have proper handicap licensing, can use any of the handicap-marked parking spaces around campus. If all ADA spaces are taken, a green permit vehicle is allowed to park in a blue-only lot space.

No. If you present the old permit to the Parking Program office, a replacement permit will be issued at no charge. If you are unable to recover the permit for any reason, the following items will be accepted as proof:
- copy of the bill of sale
- transfer of title
- accident report indicating the windshield was damaged or the vehicle was totaled
- any other appropriate documentation
