Strategic Plan Reports Announced
Dear colleagues and students,
In the continuing effort to fully implement our new strategic plan, institutional leaders have submitted Institutional Effectiveness Reports and Plans. These documents report on benchmarks and outcomes of previous strategies as well as sharing plans on the ways they will contribute to strategic plan completion.
To fulfill our promise to be transparent about strategic plan goals and outcomes, the vice chancellors will be presenting division-wide Institutional Effectiveness Plans publicly. The presentations are open to all employees and students and will be held on Tuesday, January 23 from 2:30-5:00 p.m. on Zoom. They will go in this order:
2:30-2:40 p.m. Explanation of the Institutional Effectiveness Reports and Plans and how they fit into the budget cycle Presented by Dr. Terisa Riley, Chancellor
2:40-3:15 p.m. Academic Affairs IEP…..Dr. Shadow Robinson, Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs
3:20-3:50 p.m. University Advancement IEP…Mr. Blake Rickman, Vice Chancellor for University Advancement and Executive Director of the ÆÞÓÑÉçÇø Foundation
3:50-4:20 p.m. Student Affairs and Enrollment Management IEP….Dr. Lee Krehbiel, Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management
4:25-4:55 p.m. Finance and Administration….Mr. Carey Tucker, Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration
