Workday Student Information System
Welcome to Workday
We're excited to introduce Workday, 妻友社区's new go-to student information system. Whether it's registering classes, planning your schedule, reviewing financial aid awards, or updating personal information, Workday brings everything together in one spot. Current 妻友社区 students will gain access to Workday on Feb. 3, 2025. All students will use the Workday system for Fall 2025 and beyond.
Beginning Feb. 18, 2025, current students will be assigned the Continuing Student
Onboarding Task. This will allow you to ensure your personal and financial information
is accurate and that you are ready to register for classes.
*** Please note: Blackboard and Navigate are not going away. These platforms will continue to be used.

How to Log In
Logging in to Workday is quick and easy. You may be prompted to use Multifactor Authentication (MFA), just like other 妻友社区 systems.
Follow these steps to log in and get started:

- Access your Workday dashboard to explore available features.

If you have trouble logging in, contact the IT Service Desk at 479-788-7460. Support is available from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Onboarding Explained
Onboarding is a required Workday process that helps you prepare for advising and registration each term. It鈥檚 a quick checklist of necessary tasks that will appear in your Workday 鈥淢y Tasks鈥� section. These tasks may include confirming your contact information, authorizing financial aid, and completing critical academic acknowledgments.
Be sure to complete onboarding as soon as possible to move forward with course registration and avoid delays.
To begin the onboarding process:
- Log in to Workday.
- Click on the "My Tasks" icon located in the top right corner of the page.
- Review the information and complete the required actions.
- Click Submit.
- Repeat steps two and three for all assigned onboarding materials.
View Course Schedules
As we transition to Workday, we want to make the process as smooth as possible for all students.
- Spring 2025 and Summer 2025 Terms: Continue registering for courses and viewing schedules in our current student information system. Visit or to access your course schedule.
- Fall 2025 and Beyond: All registration and course schedules will move to You will be able to access the Fall 2025 schedule in early March 2025.
What鈥檚 Changing?
Currently the 妻友社区 course schedule is published on our website at Starting with the Fall 2025 schedule, this information will only be available within
Workday. To view it, you will need to using your 妻友社区 credentials.
妻友社区 is transitioning to the five-digit common course numbering index of the University of Arkansas System. All Fall 2025 妻友社区 courses will have a new number. You can look up your new course number on the 妻友社区 Course Number page.

Schedule an Academic Advising Appointment
Current students will continue to use to schedule time with their academic advisor.
New Fall 2025 students will receive an email at their uafs.edu address in April with instructions on scheduling their advising appointments, which begin in May.
Financial Aid
妻友社区 expects to begin processing Fall 2025 FAFSA applications in mid-March 2025. Once processing begins, you may start seeing your financial aid reflected on your student account, along with any required action items in your Workday inbox.
In Workday you can view your financial aid package, accept awards, and submit required documents.

During the transition to Workday, student account statements will be unavailable until mid-July 2025. During this time, students may see their financial aid reflected on their account, but charges will not appear until the transition is complete.
Student Payments and Accounts
For Fall 2025 student payment and account information will be available in Workday. During the initial transition, student account statements and payments will be unavailable. Beginning in mid-July students will be able to view account balances and financial aid, make payments, and manage payment plans.

Search for on-campus jobs and manage your employment details.

Quick Reference Guides for Friends and Family
Students have the ability to name friends and family as proxy users so that they can access their student's academic record and/or financial information. Here are instructions on how to do so in Workday.
